Here’s the jist: There is basically four areas with stuff – the driveway, the “art studio”, underneath the house (which is three small rooms including a pretty extensive workshop), and the main house. The main house and underneath the house are smaller spaces and we will have to restrict the amount of people we allow in at one time, so please expect a line to get into those areas. The art studio is a small room at the bottom of the property and there is bins of tools, clothes, and lots of miscellaneous items to dig through in the driveway area.

The art room and driveway will be a free-for-all, we will ask that you check out with items from those spaces before moving on to the house and vice-versa.

If there is a line we will restrict the amount of time people can stay inside the house to give everyone a chance to come in, you can always get back in line or come back again later when things calm down.

There is a lot to look at so please give yourself time to browse everything, it’s all really cool and it’s going to be a lot of fun!

WI-FI is working , we will be able to accept credit cards (except Amex or Discover) for purchases over $25. Please make sure your credit card and driver’s license match. For large purchases with credit card we will require a valid phone number and email address be on file with us.

You enter the premises of the sale at your own risk. By entering the premises of the above stated estate – you agree to exempt Succor Estate Sales and the owners/trustees of the estate from any and all liabilities in relation to accidents and injury you might incur.
