And we use various avenues to advertise your sale bringing in antique dealers, collectors, and everyday people.
It is important to remember that your estate sale value is determined by what someone is willing to pay. All of your items are worth something to someone but you have to keep in mind that your goal is to liquidate your belongings. We go to great lengths to get you the most money for your estate, and because of this we reserve the right to negotiate with serious buyers. We determine the value of your belongings through our own knowledge, that of our colleagues who work in the industry, and through a lot of time-consuming research.
Succor Estate Sales service fee is a percentage of the Gross Sales that is determined during the initial consultation. A minimum of $3500 may be required depending on the size of the estate and/or the work involved to set up your estate sale. Included in our estate sale service fee are all costs associated with running an estate sale – credit card processing, staffing, advertising, and much more.
