When we host an estate sale it is typically done within the residence from which the estate contents are being sold. We will turn your home into a boutique where all of your possessions are displayed in an attractive light. We price each and every item to get you the most amount of money with complete liquidation in mind. And we use various avenues to advertise your sale – bringing in antique dealers, collectors, and everyday people.

• via newsletter to our exclusive list of estate sales shoppers, including antique dealers, interior designers, and collectors.

DETERMINING VALUE

It is important to remember that your estate sale value is determined by what someone is willing to pay. All of your items are worth something to someone but you have to keep in mind that your goal is to liquidate your belongings. We go to great lengths to get you the most money for your estate, and because of this we reserve the right to negotiate with serious buyers. We determine the value of your belongings through our own knowledge, that of our colleagues who work in the industry, and through a lot of time-consuming research.

THE ESTATE SALE PROCESS

• Depending on the size of your estate, an estate sale can take between 1 – 2 weeks to set-up.
• To prepare your home for an estate sale we will require a key and access to your property on a regular basis.
• You will have a chance to specify a lowest price point for those items you deem it necessary.
• An estate sale usually lasts between 2 – 3 days. For larger estates 2 weekends may be needed.
• We will settle your balance within 7-14 business days from the last day we need to enter your house for working purposes.

ESTATE SALE PRICING

Succor Estate Sales service fee is a percentage of the Gross Sales that is determined during the initial consultation. A minimum of $3500 may be required depending on the size of the estate and/or the work involved to set up your estate sale. Included in our estate sale service fee are all costs associated with running an estate sale – credit card processing, staffing, advertising, and much more.
