Consignment

When you use the consignment service with Succor Estate Sales we handle all of the details, getting you the most money with the least hassle. Your consignment items will be well cared for while in our possession.

Either they will be placed at an estate sale, or sold via online sources (eBay & One Kings Lane). If consignment items are sold online we will handle everything from photographing the item and writing the description, to ensuring the item is sent securely to it’s new home, with complete customer satisfaction.

ONLINE CONSIGNMENT PRICING

Your item sells for X
Online Fees: 14-35% of X = Y
Succor Estate Sales Fee: 40% of Y = Z
Z is the total amount you’ll receive

ESTATE SALE PRICING

Your item sells for X
Estate Sale Fee: 10% of X = Y
Succor Estate Sales Fee: 40% of Y = Z
Z is the total amount you’ll receive

If you decide to use our consignment service Succor Estate Sales will require possession of your items for a period usually lasting 3 – 6 months, this is dependent on the type of item and the amount of items you’ll be putting in our care. You will receive an inventoried check list with items and suggested minimum sale price. Often times we are able to get more than this price for your items but we like to know what we’re working with. At the end you will receive receipts for all of your items and a check. A buy out of your leftover consignment items may be an option, or we can donate them to a tax-deductible charity on your behalf. See Other Services for more information.
